Shivon has been in executive search working on mid to senior level hires across Asia Pacific for financial institutions and large corporations, before moving into the MICE space. She has produced large scale global conferences in Singapore and Malaysia which were catered to HR Directors and above.

Based out of the Singapore office, she is now responsible for producing various Mining Investment Conferences in Africa, Europe and the Middle East. With her diverse skills in the areas of business development, research, and project management, she has been able to contribute effectively to the team by bringing on-board esteemed global speakers for Mining Investment Conferences.
