Spire Events recognises that in some courses there can be a significant gap between training delivery and successful implementation. Participants on this program will know they can successfully train others as they leave the training room on the third day.
The program will be interactive and practical. Participants will have the opportunity to immediately put the concepts and techniques outlined into practice.
Practical exercises will relate to actual participant situations where possible. Consequently, some exercises will be created based on participant input about real situations and scenarios.
The focus will be on developing participant confidence and providing techniques that help to develop a rapport with people involved in training sessions.
